The <WORD-COLLIDER>
The hell is this?
The <WORD-COLLIDER> is perhaps the most exciting part of The Impossible Game! By using <WORDS> and "colliding" them together, <HUMANS> can create <PHRASES>!
<PHRASES>?
Yes! <PHRASES>. <PHRASES> are another type of NFT trading card within The Impossible Game.
They are composed of more than one word and have art that the AI generates based on the <WORD> and <PHRASES> used as their "parents". Both the new <PHRASES> text and the art from each parent is used in the new art's generation. Selecting the right words can add different art styles or visual elements to the resulting <PHRASE>.
In order to create a <PHRASE> a <HUMAN> must possess at least one of the <WORDS> or <PHRASES> that they want to use as a parent. They may select to "collide" two NFTs that they themselves own, or they may collide their NFT with a <WORD> or <PHRASE> that is owned by somebody else.
<PHRASES> may only be used as "parents" if they are currently staked, while <WORDS> can be used as long as they exist. If an NFT owned by somebody else is used, it's owner must be paid an additional fee. The amount of this fee can be set by the owner while staking their NFT. If it is an un-staked <WORD> a flat fee is used.
Staked phrases only earn <ZXVC> if other <HUMANS> use them as components in the <WORD-COLLIDER>, so creating and staking common <PHRASE> components is a good way to earn <ZXVC>.
